Arrive 15 - 20 minutes early to stretch and be ready to hit or throw by the start time.

Players are expected to show up 15-20 minutes early to stretch and warm up off the tee. The 20 minutes will be spent tossing and throwing live Batting Practice.

Swing Evaluation / Front Toss & Live BP. Arrive 15 - 20 minutes early to stretch and warm up on a tee.

20 minute Zoom call to talk over whatever you'd like. Hitting, pitching, catching, general defense, etc...Player can be physically getting reps in with the camera on them or simply talk through adjustments or any issues they're having. Parents are encouraged to be on the call but not required.
